All you need to do is put one capsule in your Bottle for Life, fill the bottle with warm water and screw the cap back on, leave it to stand for 2 minutes and gently shake. These powerful cleaning capsules are water-soluble, so they they dissolve in the water, creating a multi-purpose cleaning solution.
